  • @Empire AS: I am not going to spend my time editing this as I did Galle Gladiators in 2020, but please look at my edits on that article to clarify the numbers you're using in the Season Summary here. Please link cricket terminology on the first mention, and avoid slang language, as in the very first sentence of the Season Summary. Thanks. Yoninah (talk) 21:35, 21 December 2020 (UTC)

  • Full review: New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. No QPQ needed for nominator with less than 5 DYK credits. Awaiting changes to the charts per discussion at Talk:Galle Gladiators in 2020#Article issues. Then this will be incorporated into the multi-article hook suggestion. It should be noted that, as the currently-proposed hook has five bolded links (meaning you will hit 5 DYK credits with this one hook), the next time you nominate an article for DYK, you will be required to perform a QPQ. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 08:52, 7 January 2021 (UTC)

They're still working out the charts on all 5 articles, but when that's finished, I'll incorporate all the articles onto this template and do a full and detailed review.   • We are combining the five DYK nominations onto this one template per Yoninah above, and a new reviewer is needed to review all five articles and the ALT4 hook above, which meets the length requirement per WP:DYKSG#C3. This article is long enough, and it was new enough when nominated. No copyvio detected. Neutrally written, well-referenced. The multi-article hook (ALT4) is interesting, well-written, and meets length requirements of WP:DYKSG#C3. The portion of the hook fact regarding Jaffna Stallions is cited and verified. QPQ not required.
I see two options here. 1) Wait for the Colombo Kings article to be improved. 2) Publish ALT4 except for the portion of the hook regarding Colombo Kings. Edge3 (talk) 20:25, 13 February 2021 (UTC)
Edge3, another option is to publish ALT4 and change the Colombo Kings from a bold link to a non-bold link if the article can't be improved. It's not great that it has so many clarification and citation needed tags (and two bare URLs in the sourcing), but I think it could fly that way. Note that nominator Empire AS has been blocking for socking, and as it's a checkuser block, it's very unlikely that they'll be unblocked. BlueMoonset (talk) 04:25, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
