Congrats on creating your 100th DYK! The line where the hook is taken from ("Among the report's recommendations were to renovate and restore the South Houses, and to demolish and replace the North Houses due to their poor condition and lack of architectural appeal.") does not have an inline cite at the end of the sentence. Per "Each fact in the hook must be supported in the article by at least one inline citation to a reliable source, appearing no later than the end of the sentence(s) offering that fact.
