Henry Seidu Daanaa

[edit]

2x expanded and sourced (BLP) by Crosstemplejay (talk). Self nominated at 12:22, 28 March 2013 (UTC).

  • Shouldn't this BLP have been expanded 5x as it was already referenced before expansion? Gareth E Kegg (talk) 21:12, 30 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the review. I believe that it meets the criteria as the article has been expanded 2x and substantial referencing done. Another review will be in order. Thanks. God bless.  CrossTempleJay  → talk 20:16, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
Former unsourced BLPs (such as those in this category) that have been thoroughly sourced and in which the prose portion has been expanded twofold or more within the past five days are also acceptable as "new" articles. The content with which the article has been expanded must be new content, not text copied from other articles.
  • This is a valid submission, and needs reviewing. The 2x vs. 5x argument is irrelevant, since the article had 97 prose characters prior to when its expansion began on March 28, and currently has 2127 prose characters, which is a greater than 21x expansion. (To clarify, however, since the original stub had an inline citation it was not unsourced, so rule 1c would not have applied.) BlueMoonset (talk) 13:46, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
  • Length, 5x expansion, and general compliance with policy has been verified. Hook is interestign and supported by an inline citation. However, I would recommend shortening it to just:
ALT1: ... that Henry Seidu Daanaa is the first blind person to be called to the Ghana Bar?
