  • Hook is 278 characters, including spaces, far above the maximum allowable 200 characters. I've struck it, and a new ALT hook needs to be created. It's an impressive-looking article: DYKcheck indicates that the article is 7596 prose characters, well above the 1500 minimum, and was first moved to article space on February 10, the same day it was nominated, so it's new enough as well. Other checks have not yet been done. BlueMoonset (talk) 01:31, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
  • How about this, turned out to be exactly 200 discounting the three ellipsis points:

Chamal, I concur with your above alternative hook. Thank you for the suggestion! -- Caponer (talk) 05:01, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
  • Suggesting a slight rewording of the above hook (now labeled ALT1), which I think flows a bit better and saves three characters:
  • New enough, long enough, well-referenced, no close paraphrasing seen in the few sources that are online. ALT2 hook refs AGF. Personally, I would delete "lawyer" from the hook, as the rest of his credentials are more than impressive, but I'll leave that to the closing administrator. ALT2 good to go.
