Happy Wheels

- ALT1:... that graphic violence in the game Happy Wheels was designed in part because the creator thought that in-game consequences were improperly illustrated?

- Comment: The nomination should be treated as a new article, even though the article has a history that extends beyond Aug. 22nd. It has previously been deleted through AfD or speedy deletion processes multiple times. Upon request from the closing admin, the page was userfied to my sandbox and just moved to the article space today after considerable revisions and cleanup.
