HMS Raven II

- Article length, x5 expansion, hook citation and available refs all check out, I have no doubt that the offline sources do as well. The hook is a little on the long side though (I make it 205 characters with spaces) - could possibly remove 'seaplane carrier' without any loss of meaning.
