Gibraltar Museum

[edit]

Ordnance House or "Bomb House", home to the Gibraltar Museum.

Created/expanded by Gibmetal77 (talk), Ecemaml (talk). Nominated by Gibmetal77 (talk) at 23:34, 5 July 2012 (UTC)

  • No QPQ required. (But after 2 more, one will be.) All images have copyright tags. Article is new enough and long enough. Prose is as bad as mine. For instance, read "The lack of a museum meant that important finds, such as the so-called Gibraltar skull (the first known adult Neanderthal skull, and only the second Neanderthal fossil ever to be found, was excavated at Forbes' Quarry on the north face of the Rock of Gibraltar in 1848), now kept at the Natural History Museum in London." Despite this, article seems neutral enough. Hook is properly formatted.
  • Article not fully supported by inline citations. Fact tags added to show where. Hook is found in article but NOT supported by inline citations.
  • Offline sources were not plagiarised and support article. --LauraHale (talk) 08:40, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

Fully source so hook can be checked. Also, expanded on the 5th, not sixth. --LauraHale (talk) 08:40, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

I've added citations to the fact tags. When I go into the page history, it shows I created the article on 06 July. I guess the discrepancy has something to do with different time zones? Thanks, --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 15:43, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
I'd be grateful if this nomination could appear on 12 July in line with the talk at Wikimania. Many thanks, --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 22:09, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
I have copy editted the prose and shortened the hook. Any chance of a review? Victuallers (talk) 22:47, 10 July 2012 (UTC)

Still not fully supported by inline citations. Tagged to make explicit where. If there is policy like plot where you don't need sources for museums displays, just remove those and cite relevant policy here. --LauraHale (talk) 05:06, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

I've removed this section until we find citations. --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 06:32, 11 July 2012 (UTC)
Some fact tags still outstanding. --LauraHale (talk) 06:35, 11 July 2012 (UTC)
Sorry, I missed those. Fixed now. --Gibmetal 77talk 2 me 11:49, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

Sorry for the dealy. Concerns appear to be addressed. Good to go. --LauraHale (talk) 05:40, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
