Source is in Russian but "Свидетельством деятельности молодого моряка в годы Первой мировой войны могут служить награды: орден Святого Станислава III степени..." - "Evidence of the activities of the young sailor during the First World War can be shown by the Order of St. Stanislav III degree..." and "За службу в советское время вице-адмирал был награжден орденом Ленина..." - "For service in Soviet times, the Vice Admiral was awarded the Order of Lenin..."
