Frumka Płotnicka
[edit]... that Frumka Płotnicka, age 29, (pictured) was killed in a bunker on the first day of the Będzin Ghetto uprising?
Created by Poeticbent (talk). Self-nominated at 22:06, 17 March 2016 (UTC).
- The article created on 16 March is long enough and well written. Hook is interesting, cited and verified. No copy vio detected. Text is neutral. QPQ done. Img is freely licensed. GTG.Nvvchar. 06:27, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- How is the fact that someone died in a bunker "interesting"? We don't even know if she was a hero or a victim. How about:
- ALT1:
... that underground courier Frumka Płotnicka (pictured) delivered light weapons and patterns for the manufacture of Molotov cocktails and bombs to Jewish communities in Nazi-occupied Poland?Yoninah (talk) 18:47, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- I love the idea of focusing more on her heroism. I'd like to add that she also died fighting; the only challenge is a hook letter count. Please let me know what you think, Poeticbent talk 19:03, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- ALT2:
... that underground courier Frumka Płotnicka (pictured) delivered light weapons and patterns for the manufacture of Molotov cocktails and bombs in Nazi-occupied Poland and died in the Będzin Ghetto uprising?
- Fine with me. Here's how you can tighten it:
- ALT3: ... that underground courier Frumka Płotnicka (pictured), who delivered weapons and instructions for making Molotov cocktails and hand grenades to Jews in Nazi-occupied Poland, died in the Będzin Ghetto uprising? Yoninah (talk) 21:43, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- Excellent. Since the final ALT3 is a grammatically improved version of my own ALT, I think, you can also make a go of it by replacing your button, please. All best, Poeticbent talk 23:26, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
