Fiesta Park

[edit]

Created by Purplebackpack89 (talk). Self-nominated at 22:48, 1 November 2016 (UTC).

Concise article about a historic venue, well referenced, offline sources accepted AGF. I wonder if the hook would be better without mentioning the time. I would add an infobox ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:56, 8 November 2016 (UTC)
I've added an infobox. pbp 23:37, 15 November 2016 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but do not see anything about the Trojans in the article. Also, the QPQ is incomplete; however, the page creator has less than 5 DYK credits, so a QPQ is not necessary. Yoninah (talk) 01:02, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: I'll beef up my QPQ in a bit. As for the USC Trojans, their use of Fiesta Park predates their adoption of "Trojans" as their nickname; so I have reworded a sentence to say "...the USC Trojans (then known as the Fighting Methodists)..." pbp 01:21, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
  • Great, thanks. Restoring tick per Gerda Arendt's review. Yoninah (talk) 13:28, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
