Ferruccio Busoni works
[edit]- ... that one of the major works by Ferruccio Busoni (pianist-composer pictured) is his Piano Concerto, more than an hour long, and in the end with a men's chorus singing a hymn to Allah?

- Where do you see the strong case? I think the complete list is a disservice to the average reader, with all these details which don't let you see the major works, because all works are treated equal, which is of course fine for a complete list. I didn't even see a merge discussion. - I suggested my excerpt to the main author of Busoni, and felt understood. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:30, 23 April 2016 (UTC)
- This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are reliably sourced. There is no merger discussion, just a merger tag placed there by an optimist. This new article is worthy IMHO, of appearing on DYK in its own right. Perhaps a "see also" hatnote could be added leading to the composer's complete works page. The article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. The image seems to have no copyright problems. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:54, 4 May 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you. The complete list is mentioned in the first line of the article, - I think a hatnote would be overkill. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:25, 4 May 2016 (UTC)
