Overall: It would add length to the hook, but would you consider adding "[...] Jet Propulsion Laboratory to use remote sensing to study how [...]" (or similar)? Personally, this would make it more interesting and would clearly link her work with NASA. Otherwise everything is good. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 13:46, 28 July 2024 (UTC)
- Done, Gaia Octavia Agrippa. And it looks like it's still within the hook character limit at 185 characters. SilverserenC 17:11, 28 July 2024 (UTC)
- Then, as everything else is good, this is ready to go! Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 18:29, 28 July 2024 (UTC)
- Silver seren, as a promoter I don't think this hook meets WP:DYKINT, because there's nothing unusual about a scientist joining a scientific organisation to do scientific work. Are any other hooks possible? ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 16:23, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- ALT1: ... that Panamanian earth scientist Erika Podest uses remote sensing to see how climate change has affected global soil moisture?
- How about a shorter one like this, AirshipJungleman29? SilverserenC 21:35, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- Honestly much better, and I don't think a new review is necessary because no new information is introduced. Thank you very much. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 23:13, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
