  • . Article is new, long enough and posted by due date. Hook is interesting, cited and verified. No copy vio detected. Text is neutral. QPQ done. Good to go.Nvvchar. 15:31, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
  • Comment to Promoter - you have my permission to move it to the special holding area for International Women's Day (8 March) -> if it is considered a candidate.--Doug Coldwell (talk) 23:14, 2 February 2016 (UTC)
Doug Coldwell We are getting repetitive "first" wording on International Women's Day hooks. And in looking at the article and source for an alternative, how about this as a hook:
ALT1 ... that Wellesley College president Ellen Fitz Pendleton supported academic freedom for pacifists during World War I and later opposed the 1935 loyalty oath required of teachers in Massachusetts?

@Maile66: Yes! Sounds good to me = I approve.--Doug Coldwell (talk) 17:36, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
Striking the original so the promoter knows which one. Thanks for your quick reply. — Maile (talk) 17:41, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
  • Since the nominator can't approve his hook, I'll jump in here. ALT1 hook refs verified and cited inline. Rest of review per Nvvchar. ALT1 good to go. Yoninah (talk) 19:12, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
