Earl Heikka

[edit]
  • ... that Earl Heikka, who designed figurines of the Old West, committed suicide at the age of 31? "Earl Heikka, Great Falls Sculptor, Takes Own Life". Great Falls Tribune. May 19, 1941. p. 1 – via Newspapers.com.

  • The article is good, but the hook is pretty boring. How about you change it to ALT1, which is more interesting:

I am not sure how many people commit suicide at 31. I suppose ALT1 would be fine.Zigzig20s (talk) 02:20, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
A lot? And, because we're not stigmatising suicide, it might as well just say "this person is dead". Not interesting.
Good to go with ALT1. Kingsif (talk) 02:49, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
  • @Kingsif: Per Rule H2, you cannot approve your own hook. Could another reviewer take a look at this? Yoninah (talk) 21:55, 26 December 2018 (UTC)
  • I assume good faith on the reference because it requires a subscription. SL93 (talk) 23:10, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
