Dunes Forest Village
[edit]- ... that Dunes Forest Village was an exclusive "island" retreat that was surrounded by a desert instead of water and owned by a newspaper publisher?
- Source is reference #1 of Michigan Education Journal, volume 31 (1953) - page 212 Here speaks Lathers the romanticist. He has his own "island" in the desert lands along Lake Michigan. It is not a piece of land surrounded by water, but an oasis nestled in the hollow of sand dunes.
