Der Schuhu und die fliegende Prinzessin

[edit]

Created by Gerda Arendt (talk). Self-nominated at 13:53, 10 October 2018 (UTC).

  • New enough checkY. Long enough checkY. Well referenced checkY. Structure and style checkY. My only query is the hook: it's a good one, but the sources I can see don't mention 2 empires and make such scant reference to 2 orchestras that I'm left wondering what they really mean (e.g. 2 choirs?). Gerda, if the sources are offline, are you able to cite the words that support the hook along with the source info? If you can, I'm willing to accept that in good faith as it does seem to chime with the information I can see. MfG. Bermicourt (talk) 19:56, 10 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Thank you, will see. I was a bit in a rush to get this going before the maintenance. I reviewed now. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:28, 10 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Found a ref which says "... daB das Orchester in zwei gleichmäßig besetzte Gruppen zerfällt, die einander gegenüberstehen, und zwar aus dramaturgischem Grunde: Sie symbolisieren die zwei Reiche, die einander bekriegen". Will put that in the article but some other things need to be done first. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:56, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
  • That's great, let me know when you're ready and I'll do a final review. Bermicourt (talk) 19:54, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Bermicourt, I took some over. There could be more, but I guess I'll put that to the composer's article eventually. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:40, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
  • Hi Gerda. If you can insert that reference you found above, this should be good to go. :) Bermicourt (talk) 10:37, 26 October 2018 (UTC)
It's in, Hennenberg. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:25, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
