- @Zigzig20s: Per QPQ check results, it appears that a QPQ review is needed. North America1000 14:43, 30 November 2017 (UTC)
- Article meets newness and length requirements. No image so no problem there. Proposed hook is interesting and is cited. The article however has some typos and/or needs some revisions: "commissioned by the Color of Change" probably doesn't need the quotation marks, for example. Also, "showed that very few television were black" needs to be clarified. The sentence regarding his O.J. Simpson book has no footnote. "Graaf a History professor" should be "Graaf, a History professor". As mentioned by Northamerica1000, a QPQ is still needed. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 02:22, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
- I've fixed the typos. The O.J. Simpson book is self-evident given the title.Zigzig20s (talk) 02:31, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
- @Zigzig20s: Yes, but it would still be good to have a footnote there, if only to verify that he wrote the book. Once that's resolved this will be good to go. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 03:08, 15 December 2017 (UTC)

- @Zigzig20s: Well WP:V and WP:BLP do say that footnotes are required if statements are contentious, and that statement isn't really contentious, so I can give you that. No copyright violations or plagiarism detected either so there are no other problems with the article. All that's needed now is a QPQ. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 03:21, 15 December 2017 (UTC)

- QPQ has been provided; as such, this is ready for DYK. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 10:59, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
