New enough, long enough, neutrally written, adequately referenced. As sources are in Spanish, unable to check for close paraphrasing. Either hook is ok, with a slight preference for ALT0. However, not knowing who he is, the hooks lack something. Perhaps you could add "Mexican federal deputy" or some other description to the hooks? QPQ done. Yoninah (talk) 23:13, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
