- ... that at age 23, Ben Bell was elected as New Zealand's youngest mayor ever during the 2022 local elections? The polling victory over incumbent Tracy Hicks makes Mr Bell the youngest mayor in New Zealand’s history.

Article is new enough and long enough. QPQ is not done (but might not be needed if this is one of your first noms). Citations are all there, although I would prefer there to be a date of birth if possible. Other than that, the hook is interesting and cited.
