... that Barry Sage has earned $22,000 for clapping his hands in 1981? In La Hora, he estimates he made 15 million Chilean pesos in royalties from Start Me Up; this is that figure with a currency conversion.
Overall: hook cited, interesting, article long enough and problem free. DBigXrayᗙ 09:45, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
Hi, I came by to promote this, and the hook is very hooky, but I don't see the hook fact in the article. He's recording sound effects, not clapping his own hands, right? Yoninah (talk) 19:58, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
@Yoninah: They are his own hands. Translating from the article, "That night Mick Jagger and I were working alone and he tells me I need some hands here, help me please. I rewind the tape, hit Record, run to where Mick was and I begin to clap. Some time later, Kimsey tells me that perhaps because of that clapping you'll get royalty payments. And yes, there were." I've reworded the relevant paragraph a bit to make this clearer. Raymie (t • c) 20:18, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
OK, thank you. Restoring tick for foreign-language source. Yoninah (talk) 20:25, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
