Archibald Spencer

Ref #13 = Dr. Archibald Spencer, an itinerant lecturer, initially acquainted Franklin with the mysterious powers of electricity in the summer of 1743.
Ref #17 = Spencer had been Benjamin Franklin's mentor in experiments with electricity.
