Alice Bauer
[edit]- ... that golfer Alice Bauer was one of the founding members of the LPGA?
- ALT1:... that golfer Alice Bauer finished tied for sixth in the 1956 LPGA Championship, which her sister won?
- ALT2:... that a fellow LPGA Tour golfer said of Alice Bauer's backswing that it "made John Daly's look short"?

- Satisfies all the criteria. New, well-referenced, and an interesting hook (not that kind of hook). Myself, I prefer ALT3 ... that 5'1" (1.55 m) golfer Alice Bauer was one of the longest hitters on the LPGA Tour, with a backswing that "made John Daly's look short"?
