Hi, I came by to promote this, but for someone who lives outside of Russia, there doesn't seem to be much difference between the Northern Fleet and the Black Sea Fleet. @Yoninah: I've made a minor tweak to the hook above to show that the Northern Fleet is Arctic-based. Not really able to do the same with the Black Sea Fleet since its geographical location is in its name, but I'd think the average reader would be aware of the thousands of miles between the two.
