The article is new enough, moved from draft to mainspace on 14 June. It was also extensively copyedited on 30 June, and there doesn't seem to be any issues with both the style of writing and its neutrality. Every paragraph have at least one citation, except for one sentence in the lead. I agree that the alternative of ALT1 is better in terms of clarity. QPQ was done as well. This should be ready to go.
