Usage

Add the template to display a new table row with formatting for Wikipedia:Desysoppings by month

{{Desysop row|year=|rfas=|restored=|jan=|feb=|mar=|apr=|may=|jun=|jul=|aug=|sep=|oct=|nov=|dec=}}

To add a note to the cell use the parameter with the month name followed by "ref" (example: |janref=) and input the efn name.
