Usage

Use this template to mark files with significant de minimis issues, especially cases that have been subject to deletion requests, to warn re-users.

Do not "{{subst}}" this template.

To mark files with significant de minimis issues, i.e., works that contain copyrighted portions that are featured so insignificantly as to not infringe on copyright

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
