This template is used when producing a list of items to which cross-references may be made. (Those cross-references are inserted in text elsewhere on the same page by using template:bioxref.)
Usage

- index is the number or other code assigned to this entry.
- text is the text (in Wiki markup) of this entry.
- familyTreeLink is an optional parameter. If present, it is the link to an associated family tree for this entry.
