This template creates standardized references to various State Highway System Logs published by the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Parameters
[edit]There are only five parameters for this template. Two are required in order to display the correct information for each State Highway System log.
- year: the year the log was compiled. Currently there are logs available online only for the years of:
- 1959 - Included as part of the 1959 Arizona Highway Sufficiency Rating Booklet
- 1965 - Included as part of the 1965-66 Arizona Highway Sufficiency Rating Booklet

- 1976
- 1977
- 1978
- 1981
- 1982
- 1986
- 1987
- 1988 - Erroneously referred to as 1989 by the Arizona Memory Project
- 1992
- 1998
- 2005
- 2006
- 2007

- However, if an ADOT SHS Log not listed above is accessed off line and used as a source, the template is configured to accept this as well.
- access-date or accessdate: the date the log was accessed.
- location: controls whether the location of publication is displayed or not. By default, the parameter is set to off. Set the parameter to yes to make the publication location visible.
- page or pages: optional parameter referencing the page number or numbers in the log where the referenced information was taken from.
