(Note: Head-to-head record is used only after all the matches between the teams in question have been played).[7][8]

- ^ Lechia Gdańsk were punished with a deduction of one point for failing with licensing requirements.[1] On 8 April 2016 the punishment was suspended by Polish Court of Arbitration for Sport.[2] On April 11 an appeal against the original decision was withdrawn by the club.[3]
