"Removed: "It originates from Bethlehem, Palestine in the early 19th century, though most of its members now live in Lebanon or Egypt, and in other countries." Name is rather widespread among Levantine/Ottoman Christians and when I tried to source this, I found only geneaology pages asserting that certain Zhogbi families originated in Bethlehem, not that the surname itself did.
