@Lythronaxargestes: Wikipedia's style (as laid out in MOS:INSTITUTIONS) is use lower case for generic words for institutions, organizations, companies, etc. So we do not write "the University", "the Bank", "the Company" or "the Center". It makes no difference what they refer to. If it is not clear what they refer to, then the full, capitalized proper name should be used. In this case it is obvious what institution is being referred to, so a repetition of the full name is not needed, and no capitalization is used. In your haste to undo the change in capitalization, you also reinserted a useless hyphen in "closely related". It is Wikipedia's style to avoid hyphenating such compound modifiers. See MOS:HYPHEN: "Avoid using a hyphen after a standard -ly adverb (a newly available home, a wholly owned subsidiary)". I will restore the changes.
