I removed one line in the page. These type of lawsuits are commonplace in the software industry and do not appear on the wiki pages of many other companies with similar suits. This means it is not notable, as per the guidelines of wikipedia notability. Examples of other software companies being sued (no mentions on wikipedia) http://www.crn.com/news/storage/232601038/symantec-alleges-patent-infringement-against-veeam-acronis.htm HainF (talk) 10:53, 29 July 2012 (UTC) (talk) 18:56, 28 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notability lies with Product

[edit]

The nobabilty seems to lie with the product, not the company, and I am refocusing the article on the product.Djm-leighpark (talk) 08:40, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Some proposed changes

[edit]

Information to be added or removed: first line says "production" instead of "product". Request to change obvious typo Request to change from old product name (no longer used) "Zerto Virtual Replication" to the 'IT Resilience Platform', this reflects the product's covering not only replication and recovery, but now backup and cloud migration. See here on coverage referencing the product name change: https://searchdatabackup.techtarget.com/feature/Zerto-IT-Resilience-Platform-60 Request to change headquarters to Israel where the company has its headquarters: Zerto is headquartered in Israel with offices in the United States and Reading, U.K. Added citation for the "citation needed" request for the phrase "storage industry veterans" https://www.forbes.com/sites/gilpress/2015/07/27/zerto-ceo-is-creating-a-build-to-last-company-betting-on-the-cloud-and-it-transformation/ you can remove "storage industry veterans" if the cited article explaining the family history in the storage industry is not approved Request correction to the list of Zerto investors - this is missing IVP, as cited in crunchbase https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/zerto Request to add two articles in the reception section, since this article was recently marked for deletion i wanted to prove relevance - Inc 5000 and SearchStoracge awards 1. In 2018, the company was awarded a silver award in Storage magazine and SearchStorage's 2018 Products of the Year in backup and disaster recovery software and services category.https://searchdatabackup.techtarget.com/feature/Zerto-IT-Resilience-Platform-60 2. Also in 2018, the company was named to the Inc. 5000.https://www.inc.com/profile/zerto I have not violated any WP:PROMO guidelines - I disclosed that i work for the company and I'm correcting factual errors and omissions of fact all verified by reputable third parties (crunchbase, Inc.
