Picket Fences
[edit]I changed the page to reflect she had a starring role on Picket Fences, ("Also Starring" on first series, and in the main titles on the second, before being killed off [off screen] in the 3rd), and didn't do voice-over work for the show ... On a small side note, anybody know why she left the show? Might be worth adding if there is a reputable source.
- She was a constant factor during the early seasons. Might be notable enough to include Picket Fences in the first paragraph alongside the Poltergeist movies. --MikeZ (talk) 06:07, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
Voice Overs?
[edit]"More recently, she has done voiceovers in television commercials promoting movies such as Lady in the Water and products including Skittles candy."
I could've sworn that was Linda Hunt or someone else. It sure didn't sound like Zelda Rubinstein. Anyone have any information this? Wilybadger 04:53, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
No mention of the obvious
[edit]While I understand the need to be NPOV and fair, it seems a little ridiculous that absolutely no mention is made of the fact that she's a little person. I mean, this is a rather stand-out characteristic, and I don't think it's offensive to point it out. 206.218.208.57 19:12, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
-Might be worth adding, there was even an episode about it on Picket Fences and other storylines about her height ... I suppose you could mention the show's use of her height to convey her height without causing any offense or making it seem like an irrelevant thing to point out.
References on her current condition
[edit]There is exactly one reference that should be on this page regarding her alleged life support situation. "Radaronline" is the source of every article that has been released regarding this issue. All other sources are a derivative of that source which may add speculation. "Bloody Digusting" is not really a viable reference; it references "the Examiner" as it's source, who then cites that "Radar Online has reported." It's a method of "passing the buck" should the rumor prove to be false because none of these media rags has been able to confirm it themselves.
It is all under the current status of being an unconfirmed rumor. It may turn-out to be true, but until it IS confirmed, it should continue to be treated as a rumor.
I would have taken out the references, but I suppose the additional references are useful as they indicate "what's being reported". I merely wanted to point out that as the information becomes confirmed they should be replaced by real sources. 96.254.203.67 (talk) 17:54, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
"presspuppy.com" among several other sites, are now reporting that the initial report was exaggerated, that her vital signs are stable, and there was no "removal of life support" per a source at "moviehole.net" but moviehole.net doesn't seem to have an article regarding it at all (anymore?).
Personally, I suggest waiting for a reliable source to show up. 96.254.203.67 (talk) 04:19, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Is there one unlisted credit to Ms Rubinstein?
[edit]Granted my memories are a bit fuzzy, I could swear that I saw Ms. Rubinstein - or someone very much like her - in a live action program. Most likely a live-action kids program featured on the UPN kids block, or at the very least on KCOP's Sunday morning line-up during the early to mid-'90s, it was a power ranger's knock-off in which she played some android character comparable to "Data" from star trek. I remember her wearing some really funky white and purple leotard costume with a hood. Does anyone know what I am talking about?--Kencaesi (talk) 21:39, 17 May 2017 (UTC)
