@Ivan Milenin: thank you for all your hard work translating this article. Is there any chance you could fix the two broken references on this page? I assume the refnames are from the original article on ruwiki, I tried finding it but I must admit my Russian is almost non-existent. It should be a simple matter of finding the two refs named NW01 and www.kompromat.lv from the original article and inserting them here. Thank you once again.
