Update may be needed

[edit]

The article was proposed for deletion with the reason "This page should be deleted as the scheme it describes has ended. To continue to have it on Wikipedia would be counter-productive." I've contested the deletion, but the article may need to be updated.

I can't find any evidence that the scheme has ended, as it is still mentioned on the Travel South Yorkshire and Yorcard websites. There is also a news article dated 21 July 2009 on the First Group website, and it looks like funding has been allocated for the scheme in West Yorkshire.[1] As it's unlikely that it would be abruptly ended without any media coverage, the only thing I can think of is maybe that some content refers to an earlier proposed scheme. snigbrook (talk) 21:44, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
