Most English wikipedia articles on individuals who have Chinese names have a line at the top which states that the surname of the person goes first. For clarification what is the surname because I have seen multiple articles that say 'Pui Yin Yip' and many articles that say 'Yip Pui Yin'.--SargentIV (talk) 17:25, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
