Is this songs supposed to have a death metal part about halfway through? If so I believe thats extremely notable and should be mentioned in this article. Several copies I downloaded had this little part and it seemed stranage as no other Pink Floyd song to my knowledge has this type of vocals.
yea i noticed that too, bizarre
Death Metal?? What part would this be? Are you referring to the low keyboard section before the solo? Can you give the time that the "death metal section" starts?
I'm pretty sure this is a case of someone editing the song to add that in, and then sharing the song all over the place, so much so that people think it's actually part of the original song. Crazydiamond1to907:09, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Definitely on my copy of the song... Starts at 4:16. Sounds very cut-in so I would say it is definitely a fault in the MP3. Someone either added it in or ripping software did something weird. --millab
