Wikipedia article relies on dubious sources

[edit]

Victor Ostrovsky is not a reliable source. He is a publicity-seeking hack, whose claims have been utterly discredited. You only do your own credibility injustice by including his wild conspiracy theories. The main article did not even mention the fact that Yekutiel Adam was killed in action at Beaufort Castle in the Lebanon war of 1982. It seems the omission was deliberate. Quality is the key, something that Wikipedia seems occasionally all too willing to compromise for the sake of sensationalism. It is a pity. • He was a brigade commander in Battle of Abu-Ageila (1967). His Infantry brigade took over the infantry trenches in Um-Katef - which was the in the core of the battle. They never got the sufficient credit for their decisive fighting in hand-to-hand combat which resulted in conquering a huge fortified area.
  • He was not commander of Operation Entebbe. He was one of the operation planners.Tushyk (talk) 10:56, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
