Moshe?

It seems from the article on the Rogatchover Gaon that his full name is Moshe Yehoshua Leib Diskin. Is this correct? if it is then perhaps we should change the name/move the article to his full name. Shlomke 01:11, 20 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]


Having done a full Google search on the name, I'm still not sure. However, I'm fairly certain that his name wasn't Moshe, as none of the many religious references to him contain the name. Also, I think the reason some have added the name Moshe is because they know that he was called Maharil Diskin - and they erronously believe that stands for Moshe Yehoshua Leib Diskin - when it really stands for Moreinu Harav Yehoshua Leib Diskin.
