Phrasing issues
[edit]"Interscope Records signed the latest emerging sensation to a record deal." --> reads like a youtuber's script.
i'm thinking it should change to something like this --> "On {date of him being signed}, he signed a record deal with Interscope Records" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.70.9.15 (talk) 19:17, 8 December 2021 (UTC)

- I'm a bit perplexed as to why whoever uploaded that image thought that would be acceptable to upload considering it's not their own work and they knew it. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 19:58, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
Yeat Public Name Change
[edit]On Apple Music, his middle name is spelt Olivier, not Oliver, and he has several credits on tracks from the album '4L.' This is credible documentation on how his name is spelt because it is published on platforms by Yeat and his music distributor. I understand that, unlike 90% of artists on Wikipedia, we do not have a birth certificate to prove their identity, but as I previously indicated, this appears to be valid proof. I would like the change to be permanent — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gameforall (talk • contribs) 00:47, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
- The middle name being Olivier seems to track. On SoundCloud, Yeat's father follows an account under the name of "Mihail Olivier", Mihail is a Romanian name. and Yeat's mother is from Romania, so it is possible Mihail is her father and Olivier was her last name before she married Yeat's father. Twizzy Rich Entertainment section
[edit]I have removed the entire section [1]. It has never been sourced in the three months it has been in the article, it has been tagged as being unsourced since some time in November, and I cannot find reliable sources to verify any of the information. Meters (talk) 00:41, 26 January 2023 (UTC)

Source for "Luh Tonkem"
[edit]I can't find where yeat is referred to as "luh tonkem" before it was added to the article. Any websites that reference it appear to be using this article as their source. It seems that the moniker may have been made up by whoever added it. Yeatard (talk) 01:07, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
