Mr. Oppenheimer, I get I24 News in America not by choice but watch it frequently and get agitated as a Palestinian American whose family were made refugees by the creation of Israeli. It was refreshing hear you speak. Many Palestinians like me, don’t want to throw Israelis into the sea but are alarmed by recent events and find ourselves silent to those who advocate violence. Then I hear you and I tell myself I must have your strength and push for cooler heads to prevail but it’s tough and I cry at night at the pictures I see of dead Palestinian boys who felt death is better than living without hope for a better future. I hope to meet you one day and I thank you for your persistence.
