Should there not be more to this network than just a blurb? Like how it was formed, the history of it, the influence of that channel in Canada, etc. There's more to this channel than meets the eye. Also, how come nobody ever watched this "portal" on the web? Since I have family that's the target demo, not a one ever heard nor were aware of this network.
