Fair use rationale for Image:XHRM.jpg
[edit]Image:XHRM.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Formats - history
[edit]The history section has some issues. It claims
the station would evolve into a Rhythmic Top 40 format, being one of the first stations in the U.S. to regularly play Freestyle songs as a part of their playlist.
Rhythmic top 40 redirects to Rhythmic contemporary, and Rhythmic Top 40 (note caps) redirects to Rhythmic Airplay Chart. Neither of these mention Freestyle.
Information from this article: [1] needs to be worked in as well.
What is certain is that as of very recently the station was reporting itself as "Rhythmic oldies". See for example [2] . Jeh (talk) 19:52, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
Communicacion Xersa and "Company" pipelink
[edit]There is no WP article for the company "Communicacion Xersa". Perhaps there should be, but until there is, I do not think it is useful to pipelink that company name to the WP article Company, as user San Diego Ca (talk · contribs) has done.
Someone clicking on the wikilink here will expect to be taken to an article providing more information about this company. Instead the link goes to an article about "Companies" in general. This is worse than non-useful; it is a waste of the reader's time.
I am therefore changing references to Communicacion Xersa to redlinks in the hopes that someone will create that article. In the meantime I think pipelinking it to Company is flatly absurd. And it is not done elsewhere on Wikipedia.
Please discuss. Jeh (talk) 07:21, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
