Neutrality of Warranty Section
[edit]The warranty section reads like someone documenting a particular bad experience. With no citations to back their claims, it's hard to tell if actual policies are described, or just problems that an individual has had. For example. it's stated that replacement cards are returns that technicians have 'attempted' to fix, suggesting that it's common for faulty cards to be sent as replacements. As there's no way of verifying this, I've flagged the paragraph with a neutrality dispute.
