"it was not possible to remove the X-Stream banner whilst the user is connected"

Incorrect. I used X-Stream and all you had to do was instead of using their own software you went to control panel->dial up networking and added the phone number there, and connected banner-free. Yaguchi (talk) 01:00, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
