Tree City citation
[edit]The provided link shows that it's a Tree City, but it doesn't support the rest of the sentence -- that it's Wyomissing's strict ordnances that earned it the recognition. Could someone provide a source for that? Ergbert 18:45, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
Money Magazine Best Places
[edit]I don't see where Wyomissing is listed as a best place to live in Pennsylvania. It's listed as a contender, but that's about it. Also, the Money Magazine listing is limited only to communities with populations less than 50,000. I like the link, but think the wording in the article should be changed. Unless there are objections, I can do this in a day or two. Nybound 13:24, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Algonquian toponym?

Notable natives/residents
[edit]Changed heading to residents to cover those who have lived in Wyomissing but were not born in Wyomissing. This change conforms to how pages are structured for other cities/towns
Removed Chad Henne. Chad's wiki pages lists west lawn as his town of residence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.117.48.208 (talk) 02:58, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Climate
[edit]I added climate to the geography. My current girlfriend lives in Wyomissing and I cut and pasted from what I shared with her by e-mail about her local climate. Heff01 (talk) 04:35, 16 March 2020 (UTC)
Oregon State's PRISM numbers should treated as approximate but still there is no hiding Wyomissing's position in Berks County's climate! I want to handle it responsibly! Heff01 (talk) 02:25, 18 March 2020 (UTC)
