- Article is new enough and long enough. #2 does not contain the birthplace or Verwoerd's term length. AGFing on #3. What's "matric"? #1 does not say that Verwoerd was assassinated, which is a problem for the hook. No copyvio that I can see. Is this your first DYK? - @Jo-Jo Eumerus: I have performed a few fixes. Now for clarity, the article already contained Boshoff's birthplace and Verwoerd's term length (I have now added it more to be clearer). "Matric" is a South African term for graduating from high school. I have changed to "vowing in high school". Hook 1 & 2 undoubtedly contain the word "assassinated". No, this is actually my third DYK, the previous two articles did not qualify. LefcentrerightTalk 10:10, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- The duration of Verwoerd's term is still missing in the source. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 10:15, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- @Jo-Jo Eumerus: I have performed another round of fixes. Is the hook adequate? Do you maybe have a suggestion for a hook? LefcentrerightTalk 10:37, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- No, Verwoerd's term is still not sourced. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 10:39, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- @Jo-Jo Eumerus: Two sources specifying the term-length of Verwoerd has been added. LefcentrerightTalk 10:49, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- One last thing would be to source " Wynand Johannes Boshoff" in the infobox; I see it's in one of the sources. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 11:21, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
- @Jo-Jo Eumerus: Name has been sourced. LefcentrerightTalk 11:56, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
