Types of citations in this article
[edit]On April 3, this article had two citations: https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Woolwich,_Ontario&oldid=773697663
Now, it is fully cited. Granted the full inline citations are preferable but the short form is acceptable too.
OK, this is the official word from an Admin On the English Wikipedia:
:(talk page stalker) The citation template is to help combat link rot and assist with a consistent reference format. Its usage is a good practice, and you should use it if you have the time (Or use a tool like reFill to assist), but using a raw URL to source something is fine. Sourcing is more important than perfect CS1 templates.
I have no idea what refill is. Peter K Burian (talk) 02:06, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
