Current use
[edit]Beautiful pictures in this article. I was wondering if it is ever worn today, and if so on what occasions?
The last line seems a bit weak. If it is has evolved and become and important part of the culture, I think I would want to say so more explicitly. --Margin1522 (talk) 15:06, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
- It is only worn for representing Joseon royal ceremonies or wedding ceremonies in present. Or traditional Korean dancers wear a much simplified version of wonsam when performing. I only translated 1/3 of sources that I used because I had a very hard time for translating difficult Korean old terms to English.--Caspian blue 21:51, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
Italicize?
[edit]Hi, should the article title be italicized? Hanbok is italicized, and I'd argue "Hanbok" has wider English usage than "Wonsam".
I'll go ahead and make the change, but if you disagree please undo it and reply here. Happy to discuss toobigtokale (talk) 22:00, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
