WikiProject banners

Can someone explain the presence of some WikiProject banners indicating this article is of interest to WikiProjects like Catholicism, Jewish history, Skepticism, and Terrorism when the article makes no mention of such things. This article appears to be as clean and sanitized as the sheets the women are wearing in the photograph. The presence of so many WikiProjects suggests editors have unstated knowledge about this group and the book about them. What evil dark secrets are not mentioned or have been edited out and omitted?
